Victoria Adeayo Olaitan is a dynamic advocate, skilled communicator, and passionate leader dedicated to driving positive change and fostering impactful communication across various sectors. With over twenty years of experience spanning diverse fields including education, healthcare, nonprofit, technology, and church administration, Adeayo has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to making a difference in her community and beyond.

Currently, Adeayo is on internship with Padmore Global Enterprises LLC in the USA as part of the Elevate Entrepreneurs Bootcamp/Workshop, where she is honing her skills in business management and entrepreneurship. Additionally, she is undergoing an Executive certification with Asthef on Trauma Management, furthering her expertise in addressing critical issues related to trauma and mental health.

In her volunteer role as an On-Air Personality (OAP) with Radio Nigeria, Adeayo leverages her communication skills to engage and inform audiences on important social issues, including health awareness campaigns and community initiatives. She is also the author of the book, "Who is in the Garden?", a testament to her dedication to spreading meaningful messages and inspiring change through storytelling.
